The word "bubbler" is most frequently used in Wisconsin. This t-shirt was inspired by the unique name Wisconsinites use for the machine that dispenses water in public places. The Dictionary of American Regional English defines a "bubbler" as a drinking fountain, especially one outdoors. Exclusively from the Wisconsin Historical Society's "Real Wisconsin" line!
