About the Authors
John A. Cross is emeritus professor of geography at the University of Wisconsin—Oshkosh. He is the author of Ethnic Landscapes of America and has published widely on topics related to the geography of Wisconsin. He is the recipient of a National Science Foundation grant.
Kazimierz J. Zaniewski is emeritus professor of geography at the University of Wisconsin—Oshkosh. His coauthored books include World Regional Geography, The Internationalization of European Sports Teams and the Issue of National Citizenship, and Atlas of Ethnic of Diversity in Wisconsin.
