Villa Louis Stained Glass Porcelain Ornament

On the landing leading from the grand first floor hall is a stained-glass window. In daylight it glows with red, gold, and blue glass. The window was purchased during the 1885 remodeling of the Villa Louis. At the center of the design is found the monogram: HLD, for Herculses Louis Dousman, the founder.
